Step 1: Browse and Select
Take your time to explore our wide range of stunning floral rentals. From arches to centerpieces, we have a variety of options to suit your event's theme and style. Once you have found the perfect items, click on them to view more details and see if they are available for your desired date.
Step 2: Choose Your Reservation Date
After selecting your items, it's time to choose your reservation date. Our user-friendly calendar allows you to see which dates are available for each item. Simply click on the date you want, and the calendar will automatically update to show you the available time slots.
Step 3: Add to Cart
Once you have chosen your reservation date, click the "add to cart" button to secure your items. You can review your selections in the cart and make any necessary adjustments before proceeding to the checkout.
Step 4: Review and Confirm
Before finalizing your reservation, take a moment to review your order details. Ensure that the items, reservation date, and quantity are correct. If you have any special requests or additional notes, you can include them in the designated field.
All orders include complimentary delivery within 20 miles of our warehouse, set up, and 9 pm pickup. If your venue is past our 20 mile radius and/or need a later pickup time, don’t worry we can still accommodate for an added fee.
The quoted price covers the service of our movers and/or florist to arrange this item once, at a specific location. Extra charges may apply for relocating the rented item between the ceremony and reception, or any other place.

Step 5: Complete Your Reservation
Once you are satisfied with your order, proceed to the checkout to complete your reservation. For your convenience we offer flexible payment plans through ShopPay. Provide your contact and payment information, and finalize your order.
Step 6: Collaborate and Finalize the Details
Once you've placed your order, our dedicated team will reach out to you to confirm all the details and logistics of your special day. We understand the importance of every detail, and we want to ensure that everything is perfect for your event.
Additional Information
We believe in providing exceptional service to our customers, and we want to make your special day as carefree as possible for you. To ensure a seamless experience, we collaborate directly with the venue for delivery, setup, and pickup. Therefore, we kindly request the name, address, and phone number of your venue.
Furthermore all orders include complimentary delivery, set up, and pickup. We offer complimentary delivery within a 20-mile radius of our warehouse. Our delivery team will ensure that your floral rentals are delivered to your venue on time and in pristine condition.
If your venue is located outside of the 20-mile radius, don't worry! We can still accommodate your needs. The delivery cost for locations outside of the 20-mile radius will be determined based on the specific location and whether or not it involves set up from our professional movers and florists.
To receive a quote for delivery outside of the 20-mile radius, please email us with the details of your event. Our team will assess the location and set-up requirements and provide you with a personalized quote based on these factors.
It's important to note that all pickups must be scheduled no later than 9 pm. If you require a pickup time past 9 pm, a separate fee will be incurred. The details of this fee can be found on our terms and conditions page.
At Lei Floral Rentals, we understand that creating the perfect ambiance for your event often requires moving and setting up our exquisite floral rentals in different locations. Whether you need to transition from the ceremony to the reception or simply want to relocate our items another area, our professional moving and setup services are here to assist you.
It's important to note that many of our items are meticulously crafted to be large and impactful, which means they do not fit through standard doors. As a result, disassembling these items is necessary for transportation. Even items that do not require disassembly require our own team to move them. This is primarily due to insurance reasons, as our coverage does not extend to anyone outside of our trusted team. Our dedicated team of movers and florists will stay onsite throughout the ceremony to carefully disassemble the rentals and ensure their safe transportation to the desired spot. Please note that an additional moving and setup fee will be required for these services.
